Mark D. Brandenburg
With more than 20 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and probate law, Mark is dedicated to helping families protect their assets and plan for the future with confidence. A graduate of Emory University School of Law, he began his career clerking for Judge Jeryl Rosh of the Probate Court of DeKalb County, where he gained valuable experience in probate, guardianship, and estate matters.
Mark has been recognized repeatedly for his professional excellence. He was named a Rising Star in Georgia Super Lawyers Magazine (2013–2016) and has since been honored as a Super Lawyer and one of Georgia’s Legal Elite in trusts and estates. In 2019, after years as a partner at a leading estate planning firm, Mark established his own practice to provide personalized, client-focused service.
Active in the legal and local community, Mark is a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council, serves on the Board of Temple Sinai, and frequently shares his expertise with professional and community groups. A proud graduate of The Westminster Schools, he lives in Buckhead with his wife and three children (pictured here).
